A management reshuffle at UK market leader IKEA is to see current UK boss Martin Hansson head to China in a direct job swap with his replacement.

 

According to trade paper Retail Week, the IKEA UK and Ireland operation is to be headed up by Ian Duffy, who replaces incumbent country manager Martin Hansson.
