Yorkshire furniture boss plans 40-store chain
27th April | launch | An independent furniture retailer in Yorkshire is planning to open 40 stores across the region in the next two years, according to local news reports.
Simply Dutch, which majors in imported oak cabinet, wants to grow store numbers across the area by selling a mixture of second hand goods, manufacturers’ returns and leftover stock from collapsed retailers.
Store owner Jason Hadlow is currently in the process of raising capital to fund the expansion. Simply Dutch currently has two stores, in Batley and Leeming Bar.
