Terms & Conditions

Contracting Party


Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Media 3V Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 06597869 whose registered office is at Unit 1B, Focus 4, Fourth Avenue, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 2TU, together with its agents and sub-contractors.

The Product

Furnishing Report Premier (the Product) is a monthly subscription service delivered via email an average of four times per month (min. 48 issues per year). Premier contains articles, data, and information that you may print or download for your personal use provided you do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary notices.

You may not publish any content or its portions online or in print nor may you share the content with an excessive number of people. We do not object to you forwarding the Product to one or two associates. Corporate subscriptions are available, pricing on request from Media 3V Limited (contact details below). All other rights are reserved.

Payment & Pricing

You pay for the subscription on a recurring basis. By subscribing to the Product you authorise our agent to charge your credit/debit card whenever the subscription is due for renewal. Payments are processed through Paypal, a third party e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. Media 3V has no access to your credit/debit card information at any time. All subscribers will be charged in Pounds Sterling.  For customers who are situated outside of the UK, the exchange rate will be calculated by your bank or credit card provider. Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. Prices quoted on screen include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable). We reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with a minimum of 30 days notice of any such price increase.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. After your subscription is cancelled no further payments will be made. However, there will not be any full or partial refunds for any reason of the payments already made. It is your responsibility to cancel payments.

Delay in delivery and non-delivery

We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of the Product in the following circumstances: where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us; where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees. We do not guarantee that the Product will be delivered at a set time or specific day each week.  We will not, therefore, be liable for any direct or indirect loss caused as a result of you not being able to access furnishingreport.com or the Product.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unauthorised access to personal information


Unless a member of our staff has been fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information (including in particular credit/debit card details) you transmit when you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorised use.

Variation

These terms and conditions are subject to change. In such case, we will notify you with at least 20 days notice.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Media 3V Limited, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Product.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts, unless this is contrary to your statutory rights or no suitable remedy exists by enforcement in that jurisdiction.
