3rd February | kitchens | Moores Furniture Group has bought the Lifestyle and Four Seasons brands from the administrator of failed kitchen group BGH. It hopes the purchase, which also includes some of the Lifestyle and Four Seasons' stock, will provide a route into the independent kitchen retail sector.
Moores is best known as being among the leading kitchen suppliers to developers and house builders, and for its Shades bathroom line which sells across independent retailers nationwide.
Peter Wilson, Moores chief executive, said, ‘Four Seasons and Lifestyle are well-known and well-respected kitchen brands. They have strong distribution partners as well as loyal and hard-working retailers. We feel we can develop a robust retail channel over the coming years.’
