Furniture distributor sales up 25% to £8.1m; Profits rise four-fold

West Midlands importer and distributor Heartlands Furniture made a £0.99m pre tax profit in the year to 31st May as sales rose by a quarter.
The company, which supplies upholstery, cabinet and beds, increased turnover to £8.1m compared with £6.5m in the same period in 2008.
Profits rose rose from £0.26m to £0.99m.
