Feather & Black co-founder leaves for John Lewis
8th June 2009 | beds | National bed retailer Feather & Black is to lose one of its co-founders to department store John Lewis. Robbie Feather will join the partnership later this Summer and will head up buying in the home technology and electricals category.
His Feather & Black co-founder, Adam Black, will remain as md of the 30-store bed specialist, which has a turnover of about £15m.
The retailer, which also has two clearance stores, is part of Charles Wade’s furniture empire, which includes upmarket retail chain Multiyork, sofa specialist Delcor Furniture and upholstery component supplier Wade Spring.
