Cresta Furniture administration confirmed

The Manchester office of corporate recovery firm PKF has been appointed administrator at Preston furniture retailer Cresta.

Kerry Bailey and Jonathan Newell are the joint administrators. A PKF spokesman said it was too soon to say whether they would look to sell the business as a going concern.

Cresta majored in Italian leather upholstery, and was a longstanding stockist of Natuzzi - before a breakdown in the relationship last year.
