Cotswold Company under threat as parent assesses brand’s viability

17th February | direct | The future of the Cotswold Company is in doubt after its parent firm admitted it was reviewing the furniture retailer’s ongoing viability. The Cotswold Company is a multi-channel operation that trades via mail order, the Internet and four stores, as well as concessions throughout UK garden centres.

Parent Findel, the home shopping group, said the Cotswold Company was one of two brands under review – the other being toy retailer Letterbox – following falling sales and a change in the company’s strategic approach.
