Homewares firm makes furniture move with Mandale acquisition

11th February | retail | North east homewares chain Collectables has bought Stockton retailer Mandale Fine Furniture. The acquisition moves the nine-store firm into furniture for the first time.

Its other stores sell a broad range of china, gifts, kitchenware and fashion accessories. Collectables’ Stockton store is next to Mandale, and a link between the two shops has been created.

The owners of Mandale Fine Furniture have retired.
