Buying group launches consumer credit card scheme

3rd June 2009 | international | One of the world’s largest buying groups has launched a consumer credit card, allowing customers to shop at member outlets across the country.

Cantrex, a Canadian group that has 900 independent retail members, is rolling out the initiative nationwide so consumers can buy furniture and floorcoverings in a variety of affiliated stores.

The scheme allows independent retailers to offer furniture on finance to customers, including interest free and buy now pay later credit deals.
