North west independent launches interior design service

10th February | value | Four-store independent retailer Alan Ward has launched an interior design service.  The initiative is a partnership with Motif Interiors, and has been launched at Alan Ward’s Chester and Winsford stores.

Motif’s soft furnishings, flooring and accessories are now on display in the two stores alongside furniture, with interior designers on hand to visit consumers' homes for style advice.

Elaine Ray, Alan Ward commercial director, said, ‘It’s great for our customers to see how different curtains, fabrics and accessories can be put together, to give them ideas for their own homes. The service they offer provides experienced interiors advice and the real advantage is that they come to visit you in your own home or business, bringing samples with them so that you can see how these will work, taking away any guesswork.’

Alan Ward also has stores in Newcastle-under-Lyme and Shrewsbury.
