AIS launches Mail on Sunday campaign as it pushes Myer's/G-Plan Upholstery offers
14th September 2009 | marketing | Buying group Associated Independent Stores (AIS) is to lead with promotions from bed firm Myer's and sofa manufacturer G-Plan Upholstery this Autumn through its Internet trading portal whatfurniture.co.uk.
AIS has also taken out national press advertisements - including a three page advert in yesterday's Mail on Sunday Lifestyle Promotional Supplement. The Myer's offer promotes the Dreamworld Sleepzone double bed while the G-Plan offer is for a three seat sofa for the price of a two seater.
The buying group's third offer is a for a free bedside cabinet for anyone purchasing three Tavistock bedroom pieces. Whatfurniture.co.uk is AIS's online portal that promotes product and pushes consumers towards their nearest AIS stockist, through a postcode search facility.
An accompanying email marketing campaign was sent on Friday 11th September to newsletter subscribers.
