Italian sofabed manufacturer makes play for British independents

25th March | marketing | Sofabed and loose cover upholstery manufacturer Aerre is to tour the UK later this year with the aim of building its independent furniture retail stockist base. The firm will take its show van around the UK this spring in the hope of replicating its success in the French retail market.

The firm launched in France two years ago and now has an established base of 400 independent dealers. The Tuscan firm has grown its turnover by 25% in the past two years and is the largest manufacturer of its type in Italy.
